and just when i had something to complain about carolan turns off the comments on one of her posts. huh and it was going to be succinct and wonderfully to te point and everything....ok maybe i'm going a bit far now, but it needed to be said.
You could post your comment here if you like. I'll read it. I just felt like me and Spencer and Sam were not going to agree, and there wasn't much point continuing the debate.
i was going to point out that that isnt the point. the point is that you cannot morally support it. it's the moral aspect that is at issue. the fact taht i dont buy nike product is not going to topple the nike empire. but it would be morally hipocritical to support them.

Good point! I think one person definitely does make a difference, whether it's by buying free range eggs or by petitioning the government. In both cases you need lots of people to do it to make a difference, but that's all the more reason for taking individual action.
